The Adedeji Scholarship Program
About the Scholarship
TASP celebrates second year students who refuse to be defined by a single path. Named in honor of a journey that embraced both academic rigor and boundless curiosity, this scholarship recognizes students who excel in their chosen major while actively exploring diverse passions—whether in entrepreneurship, the arts, public service, or fields far beyond their core discipline.
We believe that the most transformative leaders and innovators are those who build bridges between disciplines, who ask "what if?" as often as "how?", and who understand that depth in one area is enriched by breadth across many. The second year marks a critical juncture—a time when students solidify their academic foundation while discovering unexpected connections that will shape their future impact.
This scholarship honors students who embody intellectual courage: those who take the studio art class/training, launch social ventures, volunteer in their community, join productions in theater arts, etc. We seek students whose transcripts and activities tell a story not just of achievement, but of adventure—of minds too curious to be confined to a single category.
If you're a student who sees your education as an opportunity to explore the full spectrum of human knowledge and experience, who believes that excellence and eclecticism can coexist, and who is building a unique path that reflects both passion and purpose—this scholarship was created with you in mind.
